RIOTS AT HAMBURG.
(Rcoeivexl January 20, 1.12 a.m.) LONDON, January 19. Proposed curtailment of the local franchise led to rioting at Hamburg. There was some pillage, and a barricade was erected. Several persons worn wounded, and a policeman was killed.
