CYCLING.
PRESS ASSOCIATION. CHRISTCHTiItCH. November 3. At a meeting of the North Canterbury Centre of the League of Wheelmen, held to-night, it was resolved to request a number of cyclists who had competed at varions meetings without licenses, to appear before the centre to show cause whv thev had done so. in default of which they would be dealt with under the rules.
