MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT CONVICTED. SYDNEY, November 3. At tho quarter sessions William Millard. a member of tbe Legislative Assembly, was found guilty of larceny of £5, the property of a client. The accused disclaimed, any fraudulent intent. He declared tho prosecution was the outcome of political spite. Accused was remanded for sentence.
