GOLF CHAMPIONSHIP.
NEW ZEALAND LADY NARROWLY DEFEATED. MELBOURNE, November 3. The ladies’ golf championship was won by Miss Blackhouso, an English player, representing the Adelaide Club, with a score of 299 L after a splendid struggle with Miss Lewis (New Zealand), who was defeated by the narrow margin of three strokes.
