THE MARSHALL ISLANDS.
(Received August 27, 4.26 p.m.) LONDON, August 26. , Mr Coghlan, Agent-General for New South Wales, has handed the Colonial Office Burns, Philp and Co.’s amended claim in connection with the Marshall Islands, totalling £17,500. The claim includes £7500 for loss on trading this year until October Ist. The company urges as immediate the suggested reference to The Hague Tribunal of Arbitration in tilio event of Germany not entertaining the claim as rendered.
