LORD ROBERTS’S CAMPAIGN.
(Received August 16, 10.53 p.m.) LONDON, August 16. The London Chamber of Commerce is appealing to other Chambers to cooperate with local authorities in arranging meetings for Lord Roberts, who proposes to give addresses in all tho largo towns, with the object of arousing tho public to sense of the danger of weaknesses in the army.
