Kokovt»c£f, Minister for Finance, has ordered tho prevention of excessive export of grain. This implies prudent restriction, not prohibition, of export. CONSPIRATORS ARRESTED. DISCOVERY OF A DEATH SENTENCE. POLISH POLICE OFFICER WOUNDED. ST. PETERSBURG. August U. Tho police raided an inn at Till is, Transcaucasia, and arrested a number of conspirators. The officials found seven bombs and a stock of dynamite, also the death sentence of tho Chief of the Police signed by the Committee of tho Social Revolutionary party. A bomb was thrown at and wounded tho Chief of the Police at Radom (Poland).
