CHINESE STOWAWAYS.
(Received August 15, 9.47 p.m.) BRISBANE, August 15.
An officer of the German mail steamer Prince Waldemar .admits that the twenty-three Chinese stowaways found on the last trip of the yessel hare not returned to Hongkong, but are imprisoned at Horbertshoho (in the Bismarck Archipelago) for two years, with hard labour. Six hare since died.
