SUDDEN DEATHS.
PRESS ASSOCIATION. HAMILTON, August 14. Mr R. N. Roper, 8.A., a H.gh School teacher, was found dead in bed this morning, The cau?o of death iras heart failure. Deceased came from Ireland less than two years ago. He had no. relatives in New Zealand. NAPIER, August 14. On the 1.30 p.m. train from Hastings to Napier a native named Pu Karauria, aged about 20 years, was taken suddenly ill and died just prior to the train reaching Whakatu. Karauria, who was a nephew' of Mrs G. P. Donnelly, got on the train at Hastings. Ho had run some distance to catch it, and it is presumed that death was caused by failure of the heart.
