The annual general meeting of mempern of the Auckland Cycling Club was in their club rooms. Upper Tin street, on Friday, there being a good attendance of members. Mr Harle Giles, vice-president, presided. The committee’s report and balance-sheet rms uro'Cnted. the latter of which showed *he club to be in a very sound financial condition.
