Messrs Macdonald, Wilson and Co. will Jell on .Morulay next, at the farm of Mr Max -Dcckstrbn, known as Captain Mann’s property. Orr’s road, Hutt, some Burly head of dairy stock, as detailed. On Thursday next, they will submit, at their .exchange Land Mart, an important catalogue of lauded properties, amongst which are forty-one fine villa building sections at Wadestown, ranging in area from about a quarter acre- to over: One acre each, having frontages to good metalled roads. Very full details as to these sections and terms of sale are given in the advertisement. Plans can be bad on application. Under instructions from tho receiver and liquidator of F. W. Maddox and Co., Ltd., they will submit for absolute sale seventeen first-class building sections, ■ also two building blocks adjoining, situate immediately opposite the railway station, , Petone. Lithographic plans can be had on application. Other properties to bo sold are a freehold business corner section, having a frontage of 50ft to Customhouse quay, and ijOft to Ballance street, situate immediately opposite the new Customhouse and adjacent to the. warehouse of Messrs Levin,and Co.; some twenty-five building sections forming part of .the well-known Paine Estate, and the Willow Bank Estate, Lower Hutt (plans of which can be had on application); the goodwill of lease with, purchasing clause in Town Acre No. 170, Adelaide load, used as brick-making ■ works, with all plant, stock, etc., as a toing concern, being sold under tho conduct of the .Registrar of the Supreme Court (by consent) for dissolution of oartuersliip.
