SALE OF HATAITAI.
The Hataitai sections, lying between Rosouoath and ivilbirnie, ana comprising 103 building sites, were offered for sale by auction at the Theatre Royal yesterday by Messrs Turnbull, Watliius and Williams. There was a largo attendance of expectant buyers and blading was particularly spirited. Sixty-, eight sections woro disposed of, and estimating the average price per section to bo £l2o, it will be seen the lots purchased will return a sum. of about £8500; or, in other words, tho sections realised about £OOO per acre.
