MEMORIAL SERVICE.
LONDON, January 23. Tho King and Queen and the members of tho Royal Household attended ail impressive service at Frogmore yesterday, the anniversary of Queen Victoria’s death. Numerous wreaths were placed in tho Mausoleum. Maliy statues t of the lato Queen at Homo and in the colonies were wreathed with laurel. A nieniOTip.l service was also held at Whippingham Church, in tho Isle of Wight.
