Tradesmen, 1 B first innings, 58 (Lynam 13, Williamson, 11, Carthy 10, Sfcyolf 10). Winter Lynam and Williamson bowled best foe tho Tradesmen, as did Ogier, Wyatt; and Scott for the Drapers. _ The Tradennftm require 91 runs to win. Teams representing J. 3. Curtis «n 3 Co', and tho Harbour Board were engaged yesterday afternoon, the latter eleven winning by 35 runs. The winners scored 119 (Prohyn 38, Roberta 16 Alywood 17), and the losers 85 (Stewart 13, Curtis 13, Clarke 13). Pike (seven for 28) bowled well for the Harbour Board, as did Caldwell (four for 17) Millar (one for 6) and Staples (two for 18) for Curtis and Co. Afternoon , tea was provided by lady friends of the teams. • , _ SPECIAI* TO THE “ TIMES.* NAPIER, November 26. * The secretary of the Hawke’s Bay Cricket Association has received word that tlio 10th, 12th and 13th January have been fixed for the match with Lord Hawke’s team. Tho association is quite in. the dark regarding the movements of A. E. Trott, professional coach, who was engaged for another season. It is not known whether he has left England.
