MACEDONIA.
SOFIA, November 21. M. Danefr, Premier of Bulgaria, iu a speech in tho Scibranjc, declared that life iu Macedonia ought to l he made hearable in order to prevent emigration. Ho would intern certain former officers of Bulgaria who had _ taken a prominent part iu tho agitation in the Turkish province, and increase tlio troops on the frontier. The Turks, ’the Premier declared,were incapable of completely closing the frontier to raiding bunds, and unless tho .Powers supported Bulgaria tho day Would co-mo when she would bo unahlo to stem the current of emigration from Macedonia.
