LABOUR LEGISLATION.
SYDNEY, March 8. The Goulburn Police Magistrate, in dismissing a case against a tradesman charged with breach of the weekly halfholiday, said the Government had been legislating against everything but laziness. It did not now legislate to make men work, but not work.
