COLLISION AT SEA.

LONDON, March 7. The collision between the Waesland and the Harmonides, off Holyhead, occurred in a fog. The coolness and discipline of tho crew of the Belgian vessel, the Waesland, averted a panic. Two lives were lost. Tho boilers exploded after the passengers had been transhipped.
