Messrs Macdonald, Wilson and Co. will sell at their rooms to.day at 2.30 o'clock a number of landed properties, comprising the valuable property known As Taradale, having land with 33ft frontage to the Clyde quay Esplanade by a depth of 100 ft with a fine new bay.window family residence of eleven rooms and all modern conveniences. Easy terms will be given for its purchase. A valuable house of five rooms and land in Hawker street, ad. joining the residence of the late Captain Fairchild, and having all conveniences, will be submitted, os will also, under the conduct of the Registrar of the Supreme Court, a valuable five.roomed house and land in Richmond street, Petone.
