The Customs returns for yesterday amounted to £2219 9s 3d. Messrs Freeman R. Jackson and Co. in conjunction with Messrs Abraham and Williams, report on their Johnson! ville sales as follows:—The average yarding of bullocks of good quality, with the exception of a few rough stores and a line of prime cow's and heifers made up the entry. Bidding was keen throughout, and last week’s rates were fully maintained. Wo quote—Beef, 21s to 225; cow beef, 19s; heifers, 20s. A small yarding of shfcp of good quality sold at full value.
