PARIS, August 4. Prince Henry of Orleans is lying gravely ill at Saigon, in French IndoChina. LONDON, August 4. Mr William Hioks-Beach, SI.P. for Andover, Hampshire, has died from injuries received in being thrown from a carriage. So was Father of the House of Commons, in which he had eat continuously since 1857. The Bishop of London has abolished the reservation of the Sacrament, except for the benefit of the sick, and has or dered that tho Sacrament must be given at the moment of or immediately after its administration in church. (Received August 6. 1.4 a.m.) SYDNEY. August 5. Advice has been received that a steamer leaves London this week with the Mauritius Cocoa section of tho cable, and another a few days later with the CocosFremantle section.
