THE RAILWAY STRIKE.
PERTH, July 12. It is announced that the railway strike has been settled. The men have agreed that the question of wages shall be referred to the Mayors of Perth and Fre* mantle, who will'sit to-day to arbitrate. The men resume work to-day. '
