At a meeting of the Decoration Committee in connection with the visit of the .Duke and Duchess-of Cornwall, it was decided to erect the Government triumphal arch across Queen '.street, at an estimated cost of £SOO. It is to be about 40ft in height. Work is to he commenced at once We are officially informed that the armorial hearings of his Royal Highness the Duke of Cornwall and York are the arms, coronet, crest, plume and supporters, exactly as borne by his Majesty the King when Rrinee of Wales.
