THE CONINGHAM CASE.
• SYDNEY, March 28. In the Coningham case, evidence for the co-respondent has ‘.closed, and the petitioner has_ called evidence in reply. The Judge intimated' yesterday that unless an arrangement was made for another Judge to take his circuit- work, he would have to-day to adjourn tinhearing of the case to 28th May. (Received March 28, 10.55 p.m.) SYDNEY, March 28. The evidence in the Coningham divorce case is concluded. . i. . Mr Want, counsel for the co-respon-dent, was addressing the jury when the Court adjourned till Monday.
