Mr Wilford’s Ladies' Committee will meet at the central committee rooms to-morrow evening, and the men’s committee on Wednesday evening. An important geneal meeting of, the Thorndon branch of the Liberal and Labour Federation of Now Zealand will be held to-morrow evening. - ' ■- The quarterly summoned meeting of Court Sir George Bowen, will,bo,held this evening, and that of Court Sir George Grey to-morrow evening.' ; A special meeting of the Karori'Borough Council will be held on Wednesdayevening to amend and confirm the district electorra* list of the borough.
