Messrs Macdonald, Wiljioii and Co. will submit a catalogue of landed properties at their rooms this afternoon at 2.30 o’clock, also the valuable suburban residence at the Hutt known as “Waiwera,” with 11 acres of land laid-out as ornamental garden, orchard, etc., and complete drainage. On account of Mr Janies Bruce will be submitted the five valuable residences in Abel Smith street and St. John street, three of which residences are freehold, and two leasehold, held on 42 years’ lease at small ground rentals. The terms of sale are on an easy basis. A valuable modern residence of six rooms (on one floor) situate in Karori crescent, with land 36ft x 120 ft, will also be submitted.
