SCHOOLBOYS’ MATCH, V The annual representative cricket match between, teams selected from, the Wellington and Wairarapa schools was played at Maeterton on Saturday. The Wellington team batted first and compiled 87 funs. The local team replied with only 10 runs and following on made 21 in their second innings, the Wellington boys thus scoring a victory by an innings and 56 runs. A team representing the, Wellington Football Club journeyed to Pahaufanui to try conclusions at cricket with the local players. The footballers won the match after an enjoyable game by seven wickete.
