FURTHER GREAT .DONATIONS. (Received March 16, 0.4.3 a.m.) LONDON, March 15. Mr Andrew Carnegie, the millionaire,, has given a million sterling towards a superanuation fund for Pittsburg workmen. He has also pledged himself to spend over a million pounds on the Carnegie Institute at Pittsburg.
