VESSELS IN COLLISION
SYDNEY, March 15, A collision occurred off the Headslate last night between the steamer Dovedale and the barquentine Silver Cloud, from Hokianga, with a cargo of limber.
Both the port and starboard bows of the Silver Cloud were holed above- the water line, and a quantity of gear was carried away. She. was making little water, and a pilotTboat towed her into harbour.
