THE VICTORIAN LOAN
LONDON, March 14. The V'&toriau loan prospectus invites the holders of four per Cent, stock redeemable in July to exchange for threes, receiving £6 10s cash, with full interest tiil July, and also a coupon of 30si for interest on the new stock. The final payment of 75 per cent, is to he made on 10th June, discount at the rate of 2.V per cent, to be allowed for immediate payment in fall.
