PREPARING TO LEAVE ENGLAND. (Received March 16, 0.43 a.in.) LONDON, March to. The King and Queen, accompanied by the 'Duka and Duchess o? Cornwall and York, proceed to Portimouch this aft ernoon.
They sleep on board the Royal yacht Victoria and Albert, in readiness for the Duke’s embarkation on the Ophir tomorrow.
