The excursion steamer Duchess will run to Day’s Bay this morning and afternoon at the usual hours. The afternoon return trip has been fixed for six instead of five o’clock. Pharazyn, Tipuna, Grant road, the residue of his valuable household furniture, including a superior concert grand piano by Collard and Collard, London, mahogany diningroom and bedroom suites, and a superior drawingroom suite ih silk tapestry.
