Major the Hon A. H. 0. HahburyTracy, of the Royal Horse Guards,, on special service in East Africa, and Captain A. E.. Cobbold,. of. the King’s Own Scottish Borderers, are proceeding to Addis Abeba. They will advise Has Makonnen (the Emperor of Abyssinia's Generalissimo), the leader of 20,000 Abyssinian troops who are co-operat-ing with the British .expedition from Bardera, on the Jub river, against the mad Mullah in Northern Somaliland.
