Balfour stated in the House of Commons that pressure of'time would not allow the Duke and Duchess of Cornwall to include India in their tour. A portion of ■ the civilian firemen aboard the steamer Ophir refusing to he vaccinated, and the rest sympathising, all were dismissed, and replaced by men from the naval depot. SYDNEY, Alarch 9. The principal items arranged for the Duke and Duchess of Cornwall’s visit to Sydney will be a procession to Government House, tvhen their Royal Highnesses land, the laying of the foundation stone of a State House and additions to the Art Gallery, a naval display, a Parliamentary levee, and presentation of addresses. AIILITARY REVIEWS. EASTER CAMPS - ABANDONED. With a view to enabling about 8000 troops, representative of the North and portion of The South Island, to take part in a series of reviews on the occasion of the visit of the Duke and Duchess of Cornwall tor’Wefiingtoii, it is probable that the Easter encampment will' tie abandoned. The South Island troops will be centred at Christchurch during tlitT Royal visit, and will carry out a series of military manoeuvres there
