Messrs Macdonald. Wilson and Co., wiP sell to-day at X o’clock at the poultry farm of Mr Herbert Owen, Upper Hutt, the whole of his prize and other poultry comprising 300 head or poultry, 200 head of duds, A cow' and other sundries. With reference to the sale of sections in the Hannah Estate, which hare been advertised for private kale at reduced prices, it is now notified in. the advertisement that to-day is the last day intending purchaser; can have to avail themselves of th: special prices named, prior to Mr Hannah’f departure for Great Britain. Plans, etc can be bad from the auctioneers. A.lengthy advertisement appears in the auction column of a valuable and highly improved suburban residence and grounds of 11 acres situate at the Hutt. This property, the firm will submit to auction on the 21st inst. .
