THE CONINGHAM CASE
(Received March 6, 10.39 p.m.) SYDNEY, March 6,
The application of Arthur Coning, ham, petitioner in tho ConinghamO’Haran divorce suit, for a writ of attachment against a city bookseller for publishing a pamphlet commenting on the case, has been ordered to stand over, the sale of the pamphlet having been stopped, and & promise given that no more will he issued until the case ia finally disposed of.
