BERLIN, March S. The Naval Budget Committee’s report oresented to the'Reichstag states that Krupp’s and Stumm’s monopoly of armour nlates costs the. German Navy three million marks (£150,000) annuady over the cost of similar plates xnanmactuved in America from Krupp’s and Stumm’s patents. The monopoly involved the loss of sixty million marks (£3.000,000) upon the recent naval programme. The committee recommends rim establishment of Government- vmvs* tor Hit' in:ti’nfictnir of armour pintos.
