THE MILITIA lAND VOLUNTEERS. LONDON, March 3. By the Army Estimates India is relieved of the cost of garrisoning Aden and transporting troops to and from that station. • The strength of the Militia, including the Militia Reserve, of 50,000, ia fixed at 180,000. With 110,000 more volunteers, the strength of the irregular and partially trained forces is thusi brought up to 375,000, of which the War Office is providing for 289,000, at the cost of £1,250,000.
