PLAGUE AT CAPETOWN
, FURTHER OASES REPORTED. , LONDON, February 27. Seven fresh cases of plague, including two affecting Europeans, have been reported at Capetown. The majority of the cases have been traced to rats. MUNICIPAL APATHY. (Received March 1, 0.30 a.m.) . LONDON, February 28. _ Owing to the apathy of the Capetown Corporation tho Government has undertaken the suppression of the plague.
