PRESS ASSOCIATION. DUNEDIN,' February 25. During the week ending to-day, re. turns have been reported, -from fortytwo dredges, the total yield,being 9780 z 10dwt,or an average of 230 z per dredge. Notwithstanding the increased number of dredges at work the total yield for the eight weets of the present year is scarcely up to that for the corresponding, period- of;, last -year, This is- the result of the high rivers. ■ .
