Fysh, the Agent-General in London, the Victorian Government has consented to Sir Andrew Clarke (Agent-General for Victoria) acting temporarily for Tasmania, pending the arrival of the Hon Alfred Dobson, who has accepted the position until the end of the present year. . - MR SEDDON’S TOUR.
