INTERCOLONIAL ATHLETICISM.
AMATEUR ASSOCIATION MEETING
BRISBANE, Thursday. The Queensland Amateur Athletic Association has discussed the New South Wales Association’s objection to dates fixed for the meeting of the Australasian Amateur Athletic Union—viz., the sth and 12th August. In view, of the heavy financial risks undertaken it was decided that it was inadvisable to make any alteration in the dates.
