COMMISSIONERS START FOR APIA.
AGREEMENT ON THE MAIN ISSUES OF THE EMBROGLIO.
WASHINGTON, Thursday,
The three High, Commissioners appointed by Groat Britain, the United States and Germany to investigate and settle everything connected with the Samoan embroglio—viz., Mr C. N. E. Eliot (Great Britain), Mr Tripp .(United States), and Baron Speck do Sternberg (Germans') —have sailed from San brancisco for Apia. Mr Tripp, the American Commissioner, asserts that ho and his colleagues are in accord upon the main issues of the trouble. SAN FRANCISCO, Thursday. The Samoan Commissioners left by the American cruiser Badger. ■
