SPAIN’S INTERNAL DISSENSION.
MILITARY LEADERS ATTACKED,
Madrid, Monday. Warm criticism of the action of the military leaders of Spain in with the late war is still being offered in the Cortes. Stung by the general hostile character of the remarks. General Montessarat was provoked into uttering a significant warning to the Chamber to the effect that if such attacks on the army were continued, the army would know how to act. i Senor Robledo spoke in reply, and protested against tbe attempt to overawe the i Chamber by military dictation. His speech ’ was greeted with uproarious applause from the floor of the House and the occupants of the galleries.
