State for the 'Colonies, who attended- on .behalf of his chief; Mr Edmund -Wingfield,' C. 8., Permanent ; Under-Secretary to the Colonial Office; Lord Kosmead, sou of the Lord Eosmead who, as Sir Hercules Eobinson, was Governor Zealand," the ; Cape and other colonies-; and Vice-Admiral Sir Nathaniel Bowden-Smifch, late Commander-in-Chief of the Australian Squadron; and the Agents-General for' the - various colo-nies.'.;.:-'.'o j.-iut.. r-a.-.T "■••‘■si: . .-^nr Wreaths were sent on behalf of their colonies by Sir Andrew Clarke (AgentG.eneral for Victoria), the Hon W.
