• ■— At tho special meeting ot the New Zealand Amateur Bowing As ’ociation, to be hold on February 28th, the Port Chalmers Club will move—“ That tho secretary of the New ZerJand Amateur Rowing Association shall immediately, on receipt of a charge or complaint •against an affiliated club, or against any membar c f an affiliated club, forward to that club, or to tho secretary of tho club to whiclotho member oolongs a copy ,of the complaint, together with tho tamo of (ho person' making such charge or^oomplauit.”
