General Morcior, who was Minister of War at tho time when Dreyfus was courtmartialled, has stated in an interview that if the Court of Cassation decides upon tho revision of Dreyfus’ sentence the result will be violent disorder. Ho doubts if Dreyfus will bo allowed to return to Franco.
