THE DREYFUS CASE.
ESTERHAZY BACK IN PARIS. GENERAL MERCIBR’S FEARS. Pauis, January 19. Ex-Major Estorlmzy, tho chief accuser of ox-Captain Dreyfus—who has been in exile in England and Belgium for somo time past, and whose evidence is desired by the Court of Cassation in regard to tho charges against himself of having written the bordereau that incriminated Dreyfus, received tho petit blou from Colonel Schwortzkoppen that Lieutenant-Colonel Picquart is now charged with having forged, and also forged paper's material to tho inquiry—is now hack in Paris. General Morcior, who was Minister of War at tho time when Dreyfus was courtmartialled, has stated in an interview that if the Court of Cassation decides upon tho revision of Dreyfus’ sentence the result will be violent disorder. Ho doubts if Dreyfus will bo allowed to return to Franco.
