BELGIAN LAW AGAINST GAMBLING.
By Telegraph.—Press Association,—‘Copyright, Received December 21,1 a.m. Brusssels, December 20.. The Senate has passed an Act declaring gambling in stocks and the fictitious delivery of goods a criminal offence, and has also passed a strong law against betting and gambling generally.
