A BUSH ON THE QUAY.
The M Economic ** on Saturday was certainly the centre of attraction on Lambton quay, and the crowds of bright young faces thronging the warehouse taxed tho resources of the staff to the utmost. Perhaps ono reason for the crowding at' this early stage of Iho Christmas fair is to be accounted for by the fact that every customer receives a coupon of admission to tho wonderful mechanical panorama called “ Jack Frost at Home,’* which Messrs George and Kersley have provided for the little ones. All day long the room in which “ Jack Frost '* received his Ivisitora was crowded, making it very evident that it Will be well for all wishing to avoid the great crush which will bo inevitable later on to visit the warehouse in the morning. Messrs George and Kcrfdey hare arranged that to-day and each succeeding day until Christmas Dav th* panorama will be shown in the morning at 11 till 12.30, as well as during the atte--noan aud evening. 80S
