Notwithstanding that tho gate money was only about .£7O more than at the previous show, and that the pr)zo*monoy was JqOU more, still thq pfeht thi« year’s show was ,£133 in excess of that of '1893. , .j i The balance-sheet, which was considered very satisfactory, was adopted. Accounts amounting to -JJ9O7 14s were passed for payment, subject to too approval of a committee consisting of Messrs W. H. Millward and fcladdon. . The annual ram fair was fixed for Thursday, 21st January. - It was resolved to i send a letter of thanks tp His Excellency tho Qovqrnor for the (Challenge cup presented for competition at the show, and to elect him a life member, ’ Votes of thanks wore passed to tho judges, the press, the tradesmen who hid closed their business premises on the second day of the show, Mr L. J. Keid for photographs of cattle lent tho Association, and tho Poultry Society for tho use of pons.
