BARATIERI’S COURT-MARTIAL.
It is Reported that He will be Acquitted of the Charge against Him.

The prosecutor of General Baratieri demands that he shall be confined ten years in a fortress. Received June 15, 0.40 a.m. Rome, June 14.
The charge against General Baratieri is to the effect that he attached a strong position held by Shoans when defeat was inevitable.
It is reported that he will be acquitted, as the Judges are equally divided.
